Job Description
Due to increased growth, we're looking for a Workforce Scheduler to join the Sodexo team.
This role will be working Monday to Friday in our head office in Balcatta with flexibility to work from home once a week.
Reporting into the Workforce Scheduling Lead, this position is responsible for effectively sourcing labour from our contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across our Australian sites.

You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills, and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You will consider yourself a well-organised, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional.
You are an experienced administrator with excellent Excel knowledge and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a great team
This role would suit someone from a site admin, mobilisation or recruitment background.
What do we need from you?
An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook Understanding of rostering principles Relevant experience in the same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred Excellent planning & people coordination skills Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships Organised with effective time management skills Experience in a Payroll or Employment Relations role (desirable) Why choose Sodexo?
