Innovation Manager

Flexible Locations of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne | Drive Transformation through Innovation As an Innovation Manager, you will advocate for and enable innovation across Suncorp.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll design and deliver programs that build capability, enhance culture, and foster creativity across the enterprise.
This is a hands-on role where you'll facilitate workshops, lead exciting initiatives like hackathons, and empower teams to embrace experimentation and customer-centric thinking.
What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategies that drive innovation capability and embed innovative practices across the organisation Develop and deliver workshops, learning resources, and coaching programs to equip teams with the tools, language, and processes needed for innovation success Champion innovation behaviours, drive cultural change, and develop communications to inspire and engage employees at all levels Lead the planning and execution of Suncorp Hackathons, including event logistics, team facilitation, and resource design Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that drive real-world outcomes, create value for customers, and position Suncorp as an innovation leader What You'll Bring 5+ years in corporate innovation, learning/coaching, customer experience, or strategy Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills Proven ability to coach and develop teams to embrace innovation practices Deep understanding of Human-Centred Design principles and innovation frameworks Experience in managing virtual or in-person events (preferred) Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills What we can offer A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leave Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; and Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council Employee benefits | Suncorp Group At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
