Trainers and Assessor - Community Service VConsultancy (VC) is an industry-first – a 'One-Stop Shop' company that provides all-around support ranging from recruitment to compliance and marketing.
VC provides affordable and high-quality service to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Trainers and Assessors in Age Care and Community Services in the Vocational Education and Training industry.

The tasks include but are not limited to:
Set up and/or run units of competency (UoC) in the learning management system for students/staff members in accordance with policy and procedure.
Assist in the development, implementation, update and modification of TAS.
Provide delivery of training and assessment on online learning platform (e.g., casting videos, preparing scripts, developing training materials).
Obtain/maintain the currency of vocational competencies and industry experience.
Create and maintain own HR matrix, PD plan and PD logbook in accordance with the college policies and procedures.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
Certificate IV in Aged Care.
Diploma of Community Services.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (preferable).
Very strong communicator who effectively inspires participation and conveys information effectively.
Strong written communication skills to a high standard.
Demonstrated skills in the delivery and assessment of regulatory and competency-based training.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
Ability to resolve and manage student complaints and matters.
Competent knowledge of ASQA compliance and other applicable standards and legislation.
Sound skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role.
Registration/Membership/licensing with regulatory facilities based on the qualification delivered.
Advanced to proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to effectively work within a diverse and multicultural environment.
Strong grasp of diversity management, particularly in interactions with students and staff from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds.
An understanding of the standards for RTOs, including ESOS regulations framework for VET Providers will be an advantage.
