Are you a social media ad wizard with a creative spark and a proven track record of successful social media Ad campaigns?
We're searching for a talented and fun-loving Social Media Ad Strategist to join our team

As our Paid Ad Strategist, you'll be the mastermind behind our clients' ad campaigns.
While this role is focused on social paid advertising, we encourage collaboration with our organic team for some well-rounded awesomeness.

You'll get to know our clients inside and out, including their unique needs and preferences, so you can work with our in-house team to make sure we deliver the goods.

And as a senior team member, you'll be responsible for mentoring and sharing your wisdom with our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
Understand industry benchmark data and use it as leverage and guidance for brand campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and guide the team and clients
Make budget recommendations, manage ad budgets and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
Provide regular reports on campaign performance to the team and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media advertising
TikTok advertising experience
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media ad campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and other social media advertising platforms
Experience in marketing in the Gulf region preferred
