Branch Manager - Occupational Rehabilitation Full-time State: NSW Job Status: Full Time IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury.
Whether it is through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention or finding new employment, our care is tailored to each and every individual.
We work with our clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential.
Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants include Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors.

Lead a team to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs; Identify and implement innovative operational improvements; Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities; Recruitment, induction and training of new team members; Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums; Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports; Drive an engaging workplace culture. The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing; Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA; Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance; Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation; A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
