We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the change management efforts for a key technology improvement project.The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and sustained use of new technology by managing the people side of change. This role involves designing and implementing change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance, thereby enhancing the overall success and return on investment of the project.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that align with the project's goals and timelines.Conduct change impact analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Partner with project leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build awareness and foster collaboration.Design and deliver effective communication plans that keep all relevant parties informed and engaged.Create and implement training and support initiatives to empower employees and facilitate smooth transitions.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Serve as a coach and advisor to senior leaders and managers to support their roles as change sponsors.Develop feedback mechanisms to gather input from employees and stakeholders, using insights to refine the change approach.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in change management, ideally within technology or digital transformation projects.Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies in complex environments.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, or equivalent.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach.Certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or similar are preferred.Key Competencies:Strong interpersonal and influence skills to gain buy-in and commitment from all levels of the organisation.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project requirements.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for assessing change impact and success metrics.Strong project management skills to align change management activities with overall project deliverables.
