About the Role: As Associate Director, you will be the driving force behind this studio's success.
You will lead and inspire teams, cultivate client relationships and champion design innovation.
As the face of the business, this position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for architecture, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results.
You will represent the studio at industry events and be required to forge key partnerships.
Responsibilities: Strategic leadership and direction for the studio, setting goals and driving growth Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction Manage project financials, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation Represent the studio at industry events and conferences, building its profile and reputation Drive business development initiatives, securing new project opportunities Skills and Experience: Bachelor and Masters of Architecture with local registration 10+ years of experience in an architectural office environment Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to inspire teams Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure Professional development and executive leadership training High level of autonomy and influence within the studio Collaborative and supportive work environment Be the face of a respected and growing practice Shape the future of design in Melbourne This is a long-term career position offering solid career advancement and satisfaction
