As a result, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to deliver timely and effective services to our clients whilst also ensuring consistent, high quality candidate care.
In this role, you will be providing professional administrative and coordination support across the wider team of recruitment professionals as well as assigned tasks and projects.
This role is ideal for a highly service-focused individual, seeking a career pathway within recruitment and/or human resources, who will embrace and relish the complexities of working within in a large and fast paced organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be to: manage high volume workflow to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed to a high-quality standard handle and effectively respond to candidate enquiries relating to recruitment processes, submissions, and interview scheduling, among others notify hiring managers of relevant information and/or escalate matters to respective recruitment staff maintain accurate records of various recruitment data sets and collate information when requested coordinate the implementation of candidate and client surveys to collate reports and analysis, as directed act as a central point of contact for Recruitment and work in a highly collaborative, high functioning team of administrators.
About you strong experience in supporting and coordinating multiple administration projects across a complex organisation excellent organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail an interest in compliance frameworks and due diligence associated with the recruitment function experience in HR administration including coordinating meetings, compiling information and reports, filing and database management (advantageous) initiative and understanding of stakeholder priority, to ensure a customer and client centric approach experience of working well in a small team and contributing to a team platform creativity and solutions focus that contributes to continuous service improvements.
