About the Park Stay where the rainforest, beach and tidal lagoon meet at Ingenia Holidays White Albatross
Located in Nambucca Heads where the Nambucca River and Pacific Ocean meet, guests can enjoy a range of accommodation, from modern cabins to caravan or camping sites, with some located on the stunning waterfront.
About the Role Support the Park Manager in the daily operations of our XX Holiday Park.
Boost your management career and be mentored by the leadership team to progress internally.
From assisting housekeepingstaff, to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same
Responsibilities Lead your team to ensureguests enjoy a high standard of serviceduringtheir stay Create programmes for Kids Club and hands on participation (add if applicable to the holiday park) Attend to afterhours call outs as required.
Collectoutstanding payments from guests and permanent residents.
Team member coordination and people managementincluding rostering, performance management and recruitment.
Administration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park.
About You You will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and looking to progress in a long-term opportunity.
You will also have: Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or Tourism Excellent administrative and computer skills Experience in developing team members Excellent customer service andcommunication skills both written and verbal Understanding of financial controls and practice Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
