Do work that matters Our nationally based Associates play a critical role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of business lending customers.
Working collaboratively with Bankers, specialists and support teams you will be responsible for a variety of activities including:
Discharges (full, partial, substitution)Pricing requests and amendmentsConsentsYour commercial acumen and excellent customer and stakeholder skills will help identify opportunities to grow and build resilience for our customers.
Reporting to the Team Manager, Business Banking Client Services, the Associate role supports the assessment and processing of commercial lending requests, including:
Working closely with Relationship Executives and customers to identify their needsReviewing customer circumstances and needs and making credit decisionsProviding high-quality, timely customer serviceDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships in support of team goals and objectivesSupporting your Manager and Executive Manager with special projects as requiredWe're interested in hearing from people who have: A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinkingStrong commercial lending and credit decisioning experience (or an appetite to learn)Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of business structuresAttention to detail and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholdersExceptional written and oral communication skillsA tertiary qualification in Business / Finance is highly regarded.Your Qualifications (highly regarded): A recognised qualification or degree in a Risk / Compliance / finance / Business related disciplineFSRA Tier 2If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
