Training And Development Manager

This role supports an organisation that values collaboration, cultural respect, and continuous learning to create meaningful change across Victoria.
THE ROLE Lead the design and implementation of training programs, both online and face-to-face, for staff and sector partners.Develop resources that enhance staff capabilities, aligned with organisational goals and community needs.Oversee the staff induction process, emphasising cultural awareness and service excellence.Collaborate with internal teams to review and enhance learning materials.Project manage learning initiatives to meet quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience in designing and delivering learning programs, ideally within social or community services.Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and modern course development tools.Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.Deep understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal communities, with a commitment to culturally respectful practices.Must hold/be willing to obtain Working With Children's Check, Criminal History check and VIC Driver's Licence.BENEFITS Competitive salary with SCHADS award (Level 6) conditions and potential for salary packaging.Opportunity to drive impactful change and empower indigenous communities.Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.Access to a well-being support program and a dynamic, team-oriented culture.How to apply: If interested, please contact Angus Hayes at .
