Club Med's daily commitment to the planet is reflected in the many commitments made by our Accommodation and Reception departments, which we hope to extend to the majority of our Resorts, such as the reduction in the use of plastic, the introduction of glass bottles or aluminum flasks, etc.You areDiscreet and organized: you make our customers feel at home.Attentive, you offer personalized service and a unique experience to each customer.Meticulous, your sense of service is impeccable and you have an eye for detail.You willBenefit from professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy.Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests).Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering).Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).Anticipate and respond to different customer needs and requirements.Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy.Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and place orders with the stock and supply manager.Check that work is carried out to Club Med's high quality standards.Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives, and support them in their development.By becoming a G.O Executive Housekeeper, you'll benefit from Club Med's infrastructure and activities.
