About the Role: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, vibrant, and contemporary performing arts programming, projects, and activities that maximise community participation across The Drum Theatre and other cultural and community venues.
The role is focused on fostering creativity, inclusion, and access to exceptional performing arts experiences, supporting the local performing arts sector, and aligning with Council's strategic objectives to enhance community engagement and cultural development.
About You: You are passionate about the performing arts and committed to supporting community engagement through contemporary programming, projects, and activities that maximise participation across The Drum Theatre and other cultural and community venues.
With experience in arts and cultural programming, you excel at delivering dynamic initiatives to a broad range of audiences.
Your ability to build partnerships with local artists, schools, and community groups drives innovative programming across multiple venues.
Your project management expertise ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
You collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining clear communication.
Using audience feedback, you continuously improve programs, fostering a positive and creative environment.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills engage diverse audiences, ensuring accessible and impactful arts experiences.
