About the Role We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service.
Some key responsibilities of this hands-on role are:
Ensure the team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needsWelcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requestsActively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedbackAssist the Rooms Division Manager with rostering, training and providing leadership for the greater Front Office teamIf you are a detail and system oriented person with sensational customer service skills, who genuinely gets a kick out of making the day better for others, we want to hear from you.
Skills & Experience Previous hotel supervisory experienceStrong written and verbal communication essentialPride in personal presentation and grooming essentialSound time management and problem-solving skills essentialFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and public holidaysYour application will include the following questions:
