In addition to Recruitment & Search, we provide Business Advisory, HR and Technology Consulting to a wide range of listed private and public sector clients; this allows us to help our clients in a range of areas including culture, strategy, systems and processes, organisational design, as well as staffing capability and capacity.
About the Opportunity As part of our recruitment growth strategy in Sydney, a key strategic focus will prioritise expanding our Finance recruitment offering.
We are seeking driven, 360-degree recruiters with significant experience developing relationships, driving sales whilst managing recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities Anticipate and identify client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships.Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio.Candidate research, pooling and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio.Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.Actively support the team in client and candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing market intelligence and advice.Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.Be accountable; drive your own business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.Act with integrity and with a genuine care for others.
