With your expertise in automation engineering, you'll be hands-on gathering requirements, designing and writing automation frameworks and test scripts.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.We're interested in hearing from people whoAre highly experienced in Automation engineering, with a passion for the Shift Left approach for qualityShow expertise in writing complex automation scripts, creating frameworks from scratch using JavaOffer expertise across a variety of testing solutions including but not limited to; performance, NFT, API, automation, cloud, end-to-end testing processes and defect managementDeliver solutions to challenges that teams may face when doing testingTech SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.Full stack technologies and coding languages such as: Java, Python, Angular, React, SwiftTesting Frameworks such as: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Karate DSL, NUnit, Mocha and/or JestTest Automation across the technical stack: Web, Mobile, API (REST, Graphql) and/or Performance (Gatling, JMeter, K6)CI/CD pipelining (we use TeamCity and are moving to GitHub Actions)Observability, Reliability, Monitoring and Automation tooling (we are moving towards Prometheus and OpenTelemetry)Working with usWhether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.
