Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join our expanding accounting team.
While a substantial part of this role involves traditional accounting services, our approach goes further, immersing you in our clients' entire financial landscape.
This position will challenge and expand your skills, positioning you as the primary point of contact and enabling you to provide comprehensive insights across every facet of your clients' financial journey.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services.
This role involves managing complex group structures, overseeing workflow, and ensuring exceptional client service—all while mentoring a talented team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Structure clients' financial lives to support their goals, fostering growth and safeguarding their wealth.
Oversee and manage the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS.
Provide expert advice on tax planning and business strategies.
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring engagement success and client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team, driving productivity and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Uphold accurate risk management practices across accounting engagements.
About You
Experience: 8+ years in public practice, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Skills: In-depth expertise in tax and accounting for complex group structures.
Finance Skills: Have interest and knowledge on a broad range of financial topics such as wealth management, personal insurances, estate planning and mortgage broking.
Team & Client Management: Proven success in managing teams, delivering excellent client service, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with Xero and its app ecosystem.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a proactive problem-solving approach.
