Now operating from 24 locations, with staff who are extremely passionate and take pride in helping not-at-fault drivers access their legal rights and get back on the road as soon as possible, at no cost to them.

Our customers are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident.
They've just been through an incredibly stressful experience and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies, and they have no idea where to begin.
That's where we come in
We put them in a replacement vehicle and work with the customer, insurers, and repairers, taking all the hassle out of the ordeal for the customer.
About the roleThe Vehicle Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering our vehicles to customers and providing a top-quality experience whilst upholding our company standards and values.
This is a casual role covering shifts on both weekdays and weekends for our branch in WA based at Osborne Park.
This Vehicle Delivery Specialist will ensure our customers can receive and return our accident replacement vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring our customers' lives don't grind to a halt without a vehicle.
ResponsibilitiesDelivering our accident loan vehicles to customers and referrers, ensuring the delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Ensuring all fleet vehicles are fully maintained and presented by adhering to cleaning, maintenance, and service procedures and schedules.Helping our customers complete the required documentation and submit documentation through various systems.Provide a friendly and professional interaction with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.About youYou are a down-to-earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do.
