We are currently seeking a self-motivated, creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join us.
Key Responsibilities Identifying and generating new business opportunities to further improve market shareManaging website content including regular updates and uploadsDeveloping and communicating marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management teamDeveloping and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for projects, including company websites and social mediaWorking with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities Conducting marketing research for meeting customer's expectations, analysing marketing data to determine marketing trends and campaign efficiencyEnsuring brand consistency and credibility in construction marketing materials.Ad-hoc marketing support as required such as preparing presentations, reports, email templates, etc Key Experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication, or Business ManagementStrong written and verbal communicationFlexible, able to switch tasks and work under pressureMust have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working Experience in the construction or property industry essentialDemonstrated experience in developing and driving marketing strategy Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe SuiteStrong social media marketing experienceTeam player
