We are expanding our team to include a Senior Marketing Specialist who will drive brand awareness and growth across Sydney, Byron Bay, and the South Coast.
Role Summary The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen Atlas's brand presence, expand our reach, and support business growth.
You will manage all aspects of the Atlas brand's marketing, advertising, and events across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
This role will oversee campaign planning, execution, and reporting while supporting our agents and property managers in Sydney, Byron Bay, and the South Coast to connect effectively with their audiences.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception across all channels.Coordinate all brand and company marketing aspects, including advertising, events, and CSR initiatives.Uphold and maintain Atlas's brand across all mediums, ensuring brand consistency and quality.Lead planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns including advertising, digital, social media, email, and events.Develop strategies to launch Atlas into new markets and grow brand visibility in existing locations.Campaign Development & ExecutionPlan, manage, and execute strategic campaigns, activations, and projects, consistently meeting timelines and budget requirements.Design and implement digital, print, and social media campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive client engagement.Create and manage custom EDMs and dynamic communications to support business objectives.Manage the production of all marketing collateral, creative assets, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Social & Digital Media ManagementDevelop, execute, and monitor social and digital media strategies, including brand awareness, traffic, and lead-generation campaigns.Create and manage content across multiple social accounts, ensuring each aligns with the Atlas brand's voice and values.Monitor performance analytics and provide insights to optimise results across all digital platforms.Website & Content ManagementWebsite management, including blog posts, lead generation landing pages, and design.Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant content that engages target audiences and supports SEO.Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support brand awareness and client engagement.Manage the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with Atlas's brand messaging and goals.Marketing Insights & Lead GenerationGain a thorough understanding of target markets to develop strategies that create value and drive lead generation.Regularly analyse campaign performance and market data to refine strategies and optimise budget allocation.Key Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or a related industry.Proficiency with digital marketing tools/platforms along with marketing programs, including Meta, Google, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and WordPress.Strong understanding of brand management, content creation, and social media strategy.Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.Why Join Us?
