This role will work closely with the TAM Operations Leader and provide engineering support, technical reviews, development of scope of work, and preparation of engineering and building services related documentation for TAM operations. The role will be based on New Melton Hospital site.Key Responsibilities:Complete the review for design package submissionWork with operations team to identify and manage potential building, equipment design defectsProvide technical review and support the operationsOptimise planning of strategies, external resources and engineering activitiesAchieve continuous improvement and overall effectiveness to attain productivity and business targetsEnsure high risk and critical assets, engineering elements are identified and suitably documented for action and considerationKey Experience & Capabilities:Engineering degree/qualifications5 Years Engineering or Business Leadership/operations experienceTechnically confident with a broad range of engineering issuesRequires extensive and demonstrated experience working across building services / construction / operational projectAbility to work effectively in a customer driven functional engineering capacityProven background in Services engineering is essentialA proven track record of delivery and success in the areas of problem solving and process change / improvementEffective interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships internally and externallyGreat communication and influencing skills both written and verbalHands on and ability to work on site 5 days a weekAbout UsThe world is changing.
