Job Description: We are seeking applications foran experienced Facilities professional to fill the role of Facilities Lead.
You will head up our small Facilities Team and be a hands-on in delivering high quality facilities management services to AKG's employees and clients throughout Australia, whilst maintaining tight deadlines and budgets.
The duties of our Facilities Lead may include: Leading a small team, whilst being hands on.Managing and maintaining preventative, planned and reactive maintenance whilst ensuring compliance of service.Coordination of reactive repairs and maintenance including allocation of works, tracking progress, and providing updates to relevant stakeholdersManage service history and asset data recordsEnsuring compliance of vendor certificationGeneral facilities services including procurement of assets, provision of office services and facilities, and providing specialist facilities guidance.Coordination of site relocations.Working to tight deadlines and maintaining budgetary constraintsSite inspections (some travel may be required)Coordinating office fit-out and make-good worksWorking closely with our WHS team to ensure compliance in all areasProcurement and coordination of room hires across AustraliaEnsuring compliance with terms of commercial leasesForecasting of planned expenses and associated administrative tasksValidation and processing of invoices, and maintaining recordsAssisting with leasing of commercial premisesHybrid Role: Minimum 3 Days in Springvale Office Qualifications and Skills required: Minimum 3 years' experience in Facilities ManagementA practical, common-sense approachStrong communication with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAdept in the use of MS Suite & strong IT skillsAbility to work in a team and lead othersOrganised, proactive and motivatedDemonstrated positive values of integrity, reliability, and professionalismin all areasBeing a part of theAKG team, you will be provided with a wide range of benefits including: Personal and professional development opportunitiesRewarding and supportive cultureBirthday leave and diversity leaveFrequent training and support to excel in the roleFree Employee Assistance ProgramAccess to novated car leasingEngage Wellbeing and Recognition Centre (Move, Munch, Money and Mind)To be considered you must...
