Manager Future Technologies and Auto Training About the role We are excited to announce a newly created role for a Manager Future Technologies and Auto Training within our Assistance Automotive Services and Solar division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive technology integration, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities: Leading research and development efforts to stay at the forefront of new automotive technologies. Creating and delivering training plans for internal teams to ensure proficiency in modern automotive systems. Developing video learning content to support ongoing training and skill development. Supporting the design of technical documentation and mapping processes to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing. Providing leadership and guidance to a team of six specialists who ensure excellence across the organisation. About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive, transport or similar sector. Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a strong ability to create comprehensive training plans. Expertise in developing video learning content to engage and educate technical teams. Demonstrated ability in research and development with a focus on new technologies and innovations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges. Experience in creating technical documentation and mapping processes. Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor teams effectively. Why join RACQ?
