Brand New Office in the heart of Melbourne's CBD Competitive Salary Package $110-130k + Super ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for/working with a Dynamic Fit Out firm who specialise in D&C Fit Outs in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
70% of their work comes from Repeat Clients meaning project pipeline is consistent and secure.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial Fit Out space.
Experience with Procore and Jobpac or Cheops.
University Degree.
Experience with Design and Construct projects.
