Contract Administrator- D&C Fit Out

Brand New Office in the heart of Melbourne's CBD Competitive Salary Package $110-30k + Super ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for/working with a Dynamic Fit Out firm who specialise in D&C Fit Outs in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
70% of their work comes from Repeat Clients meaning project pipeline is consistent and secure.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial Fit Out space.
Experience with Procore and Jobpac or Cheops University Degree Experience with Design and Construct projects Benefits and perks: By annual meetings to discuss not only performance but development and career progression within the firm Be paired with a Senior Contract Administrator or Project Manager to act as your mentor to ensure you have the necessary support All design done inhouse, so you have direct access to designers for any questions or variations that need to be processed.
