A snapshot of your role….
Seamlessly manage the daily scheduling of service technicians to client sites across multiple locations, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely execution with a focus on precision and responsiveness.
Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both clients and technicians, ensuring clear communication, deadlines are consistently met, and services are delivered to the highest standard of satisfaction.
Offer proactive administrative support to the wider team, stepping in to assist the customer service helpdesk as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow and seamless service delivery across all departments.
Regularly update and manage the company's database and CRM systems, including the creation of new service requests, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring jobs are closed efficiently and thoroughly.
Take a proactive approach in seeking valuable client feedback, swiftly addressing concerns, and escalating stakeholder issues as needed, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and team collaboration.
