This is achieved in collaboration with the HHS Executive and Executive Director of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health through:the coordination and responsibility for service delivery, human and material management,expertise in health care team communication,highly developed data analysis, andfiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.The position also shapes corporate and clinical governance in partnership with the TCHHS executive team.Professional and personal motivatorsAs an Indigenous Health Worker, your advocacy for local Torres and Cape patients is vital in ensuring culturally sensitive and effective health care.You'll work in diverse and supportive environments that offer attractive lifestyle opportunities and experiences and enable you to make a valuable contribution in small communities.
