Guests can enjoy a range of sophisticated dining options, state-of-the-art amenities, and versatile conference and event spaces.Job Description:A Career that lets your passion shine:Elevate our brand's presence through meaningful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Design and deliver a diverse and detailed Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with the Sofitel brand.Manage advertisements, sales presentations and initiatives for the hotel.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.Conduct monthly performance reviews with appointed agencies on campaign performance and deliverables.Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials and ensure marketing efforts align with objectives.Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Revenue, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.Qualifications:What you will bring to the role:Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, within experience in luxury hospitality advantageous.Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field highly regarded.Meta, GMB, community engagement, & content generation experience.Exceptional written and verbal communication with a creative flair.Ability to leverage customer insights to formulate an effective marketing and communications plan.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond to new opportunities with innovative strategies.Additional Information:Thrive in our Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach community:Work Your Way with flexible work arrangements and options for hybrid work.Complimentary lunch and refreshments available daily via Le Café.Paid birthday leave.Employee discounts on accommodation, dining, and lifestyle with Accor hotels.Personalized reward & recognition program.Career development pathways with Accor locally and globally to develop you both personally and professionally.Thrive in an environment where care and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.
