Architects (Information & Communication Technology) Full time GP One Consulting is a specialised team of software developers that build bespoke enterprise applications by leveraging the smarts of location-based technologies.

ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise-level GIS solutions and leading technical teams across multiple locations.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient geospatial architectures.
Your expertise will guide the development and deployment of GIS applications, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-level GIS solutions using the ArcGIS platform and other GIS technologies.Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement GIS industry best practices and vendor recommendations.Integrate and model spatial data to support various geospatial applications.Build and maintain GIS databases and ensure data integrity.Create and maintain process automation for data maintenance and workflows.Provide consulting during the design, build, test, and deployment phases of GIS projects both onsite and remotely.Partner with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.Stay up to date with the latest GIS technologies and trends to continuously improve our solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise GIS solution architecture, system administration, software development, or similar.Strong proficiency with the Esri stack, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.Experience with spatial data integration and modelling.Knowledge of process automation tools and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead other staff members.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.Familiarity with other GIS software and tools (e.g., FME).How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they are a good fit for this role via Seek.
