About The role A Medical Liaison Officer bridges the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare professionals in the capacity of a relationship manager.
This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of Lumus Imaging within the Central West of NSW.
This is achieved through a targeted approach to the referrer market, driving strategic marketing and education initiatives, managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.
This role is based in Dubbo, NSW.
We offer flexibility; this role is full-time but will consider part-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Be the primary contact for GPs, Specialists, and other health professionals for Lumus Imaging.
Manage current referrer relationships while building relationships with new referrers & identifying opportunities.
Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue growth strategies and budget expectations.
Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
Assist in the development and implementation of educational events and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.
Current Drivers Licence & own vehicle is essential; this role requires some regional travel within Dubbo and surrounds.
Articulate, well presented, and professional.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners.
Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel).
Experience with Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology.
Demonstrated relationship management experience, preferably in healthcare.
