Job detailsPosted 02 January 2025Salary: Up to $170k + Super, Vehicle, Phone, TabletLocation: BrisbaneJob type: DisciplineReference: 927397Job DescriptionThe Company & Role:Highly established home building company in Brisbane due to growth are hiring for a Site Manager for a Chapel Hill multi-residential site.Currently at frame stageStage 1 = 17 homesStage 2 = 9 homesKey Responsibilities of the Role:Manage a number of new home builds in construction concurrently within the respective type of home build projects listed above.Combination of single and double-story homes.Allocate materials and trades to job sites.Ensure timely construction of new homes within budget.Effectively communicate with clients, trades, and management in a professional manner.Construction of new homes are carried out safely and comply with company processes and procedures.Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality.Maintain and update company systems (ClickHome, OnSite Companion, similar software systems).Report to management regarding onsite activity.Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works.Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process.Role Requirements:At least 3-4 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry.Tertiary qualifications within building and construction.Trade background will be highly advantageous.Demonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledge.Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Proven track record of problem-solving.Team player.Excellent IT skills and computer literacy with construction-specific software packages.Commitment to WHS principles and practices.The key benefits for you:Market-leading and highly competitive salary packages on offer (based on experience).Working within a very supportive and collaborative team environment.An excellent company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.Genuine career progression opportunities and growth.Continued on-the-job training and development.Company social events.Close-knit team.How to Apply?Via the Seek Website: Submit your updated resume using the 'Apply for this job' button at the top of this page and continue to follow the on-screen instructions.Via Smartphone/Seek App: Submit your updated resume using the 'Quick Apply' button at the bottom of your telephone screen and follow the on-screen instructions.For any direct inquiries please feel free to call: or text alongside your name, ref: SMBCH and preference of builder type and location for more information.All applications will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be forwarded as an application to our client without your prior approval first.In order to be considered for this full-time position, you MUST be eligible to work in Australia with no work restrictions.Please be advised that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
