This global construction and engineering consultancy business is a market leader in their field and looking to expand their high caliber finance team. This business is growing year on year, with big plans over the coming 5 years, offering career progression and development. Based in Perth's CBD, they are close to public transport and the CBD's bars and restaurants.
About the role
Collaborate in budget creation, forecasting, and financial modeling to align business goals with financial targetsSupport long-term financial planning, focusing on potential growth opportunities, cost control, and risk managementWork with senior leaders to influence and shape business strategy from a financial perspectiveOffer insights and recommendations on potential business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiativesPrepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholdersCommunicate complex financial data in a clear, business-focused way for non-financial stakeholdersFoster strong relationships with business units to understand operational needs and challengesAct as a liaison between finance and other departments, aligning goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysisLead or participate in projects, from financial strategy development to implementationSkills and Experience:
3+ years experience in a similar roleRelevant industry experienceConfident individual happy to challenge the status quoCA/CPA qualifiedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHow to Apply:Click
