Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Service Assistant HIAIS Be part of our supportive, fun and thriving team.
We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential to be extended.
We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry.
In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks.
What the day will look like As a Service Assistant, you will provide administrative support of tasks to our broking team.
In this role you will be provided with on the job training to support your growth and develop understanding of insurance.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the team across AustraliaIssuing of policy documentation and data entryProcessing instruction sheetsManagement of workflow through a centralised inboxMonthly reporting to the team to support client growthResponding to internal client queries – as requiredGreeting clients in office when requiredSkills and experience that will lead to success This opportunity would suit someone looking to start their career with aspirations for a career in insurance.
To be successful you will have:
