Job Description As the Practice Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice.
Support and develop your front office and clinical support team.
Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.
Qualifications What We're Seeking in the New Practice Manager:
Previous experience in healthcare, preferably dental, with management responsibility.
Experience in the professional day-to-day running of a practice including organizing staff rostering.
Strong understanding of Budgets and KPIs with a proven track record of driving business growth and maximizing profitability.
Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.
Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance.
Proven business capabilities in all front office and clinician support roles that form part of running a successful practice.
An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Dental Software Experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
High attention to detail.
