Senior Business Analyst - 54763
Sydney Full-time permanent Hybrid Working Model How will I help?
You will support the implementation and delivery of data management practices by managing data risk in change for projects.
You will be a delivery-oriented data professional working with stakeholders to understand their needs and mature their data management capabilities.
You will have a strong ability to influence and support a diverse set of stakeholders to effectively manage and contribute to their data and the broader data management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with data community across the group and contribute to improvement of data literacy, data risk management, data quality Engage with stakeholders to understand their business and use of data; then apply data management framework to support them in identifying critical data elements (CDEs) Provide advice on identification of detailed data flow or lineage Undertake assessment of data risks and controls that are in place and their effectiveness Engage with stakeholders to define Data Quality (DQ) Rules and checkpoints for DQ Facilitate decision making by senior leaders recommending approaches and priorities Independently manage the work stream and the relationship with stakeholders What's in it for me?

What do I need?
Experience in Data Management including Business Process and Data Lineage, Data Quality management and monitoring Business Analysis and technical data skills and strong familiarity of data management principles Experience in facilitating and conducting workshops with various business, technical and risk stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Data Profiling, Data Quality metric development and build including SQL knowledge, Data Risk and Control Assessment is highly desirable Depth of experience in a similar role How do I apply?
