Responsibilities include:Rostering: responsible for day-to-day workload management across the teamPoint of contact for WH&S at siteActivity reportingTraining on Arthrex systems and processesGovern warehouse policies for complianceAbout the RequirementsRelevant people leadership experience &/or capability is highly regardedRelevant medical device loan kits or warehousing experience (orthopaedic reverse logistics supply chain is desirable)Ability to articulate the loan kit / reverse logistics supply chain processFlexibly able to lead urgent supply to customers after-hours (7pm - 7am), or on weekends as requiredExcellent and proven interpersonal and communication skillsIntermediate IT skills e.g. SAP (desirable), Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requestsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure and short timelinesStrong work ethic and accountabilityExcellent analytical abilitiesAbility to work well within a group environmentRelevant qualifications would be highly consideredAbout ArthrexArthrex is committed to delivering uncompromising quality to the health care professionals who use our products, and ultimately, the millions of patients whose lives we impact.The successful applicant MUST have rights to work in Australia and a valid Driver Licence.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
