It was created to work with primary producers and suppliers, unlocking value across the supply chain and broader Woolworths ecosystem to provide the combined meat needs of Woolworths Group's retail, international, food services, and wholesale businesses.
What you'll do Manage the Retail Supermarket Channel to support the delivery of the Retail Annual and 3Y Strategic Meat Category Plan.Continuously improve the existing product range and identify profit and revenue rate improvement opportunities.Lead and manage Greenstock's retail product development and innovation projects through cross-functional teams.Collaborate with Greenstock Sourcing and Operations Teams, and the wider Woolworths Group, providing insights into the Greenstock value chain.Project manage the scoping, feasibility, product development, and execution phases to drive end-to-end value creation.Develop strong working relationships with Hilton Foods Australia and key industry bodies to leverage information, market trends, and insights.What you'll bring Bachelor degree in Food Science, Business, Commerce, or equivalent industry experience.5+ years of experience in Retail Key Account Management (finance, commercial retail, manufacturing backgrounds ideal).Experience in the red meat or other protein categories, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.Experience with delivering project outcomes, task-switching to ensure prioritisation of deliverables.Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite and the application of data analytics.What you'll experience An attractive remuneration package.The opportunity to grow within the group.Strong mentorship and development.Hybrid working arrangements.Team member benefits across all of our brands.We are Woolworths Group We are Woolworths Group.
