The Job: The Sales Coordinator (2-month fixed term role) is a key member of the HOYTS sales team and plays a critical role in assisting the team in achieving its strategic goals, KPI's and budgets during the busy Q4 Christmas period.
This role will assist the team in driving growth of our B2B sales revenue through the execution of daily tasks to fulfil Event & Voucher department requirements.
The Sales Coordinator will be required to assist the team with a variety of tasks, your duties will include:
Administration and data entry of sales orders and bookingsLiaising with corporate and community clients for the execution of eventsLiaising with cinema locations to ensure events run smoothlySupport the sales team to achieve sales budgetsPreparing sales presentations and materials for the sales teamUpdate customer details in database as requiredCollaborate with accounts to ensure that paid voucher orders are delivered to customersProcessing payments for vouchers and group bookingsAssisting customers with event and voucher enquiriesComplete a quarterly competitor analysisWho we are looking for: It goes without saying you'll have excellent people skills and an eye for detail.
Experience in event sales would be highly regarded but we value transferable skills.
We are also looking for:
