WATCH: TLC Healthcare | Life Changing Care We are seeking an experienced and caring General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.
This is a full-time role , in our Altona North Medical Centre.
What you'll be doing Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments Immunisation Wound Care Minor Procedures Ordering stock and vaccines General treatment room duties and responsibilities What you'll need Relevant nursing qualification Nurse Immuniser qualification (or training will be provided) Current AHPRA registration Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) Aged Care experience an advantage NDIS check (includes police check) Eligibility to work in Australia What we offer $5 employee meals Exclusive TLC Employee Shopping Portal access and receive significant wholesale discounts on everyday items Program of employee and wellbeing initiatives????
