If you have a passion for payroll precision, sharp supplier invoice management, and delivering top-tier financial reporting, this role is calling your name.What You'll Be DoingAs the Financial Controller, you'll wear many hats, with responsibilities that touch every corner of the finance department. Payroll Processing for 30: Keep the payroll ship sailing smoothly with accurate and timely processing for all employees, while handling inquiries and compliance like a pro.Supplier Invoice Management: Tackle supplier invoices with meticulous attention, ensuring every payment, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution is spot-on.Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements, month-end journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations to provide a crystal-clear view of the business's financial health.Commercial Support: Use your financial insights to guide senior management, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains to support smarter decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across teams and departments, keeping communication clear and contributing to a positive, productive environment.Continuous Improvement: Challenge the status quo by finding innovative ways to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.What You'll BringTo excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in accounting and a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
