Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced HVAC Quotations Manager (Estimator)
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Quotations Manager to join our team in Lynbrook, offering a competitive salary of $120K + super.
As the Estimator for commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and catering equipment projects, you will lead the quoting process, manage client relationships, and mentor a dynamic team.
You will also enjoy the added benefit of a new company car, which is available for personal use.

Key Responsibilities:Quotation Development: Prepare and issue detailed, accurate quotations for commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and catering equipment to meet client specifications and project requirements.Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of quotations and services in line with SLA expectations.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quotations team, encouraging collaboration and ensuring high-quality output for all estimates and proposals.Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and catering equipment to develop competitive pricing strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with the National Service Manager, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on project details, timelines, and client commitments.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize the quoting process, integrating AI, automation, and other tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Reporting: Track and report on key quotation metrics such as conversion rates, turnaround times, and overall team performance.Feedback and Review: Collect and analyze client feedback post-quotation to refine services and improve customer experience, ensuring continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in HVAC estimating, including commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and catering equipment projects.Leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a team of estimators and support staff.A strong understanding of pricing strategies, project specifications, and client requirements in the HVAC industry.Proficiency in estimating software, AI tools, and the ability to streamline quoting processes.Excellent communication skills for effective client management and team collaboration.Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to process improvement and efficiency.Why You'll Love Working With Us:Competitive salary of $120K + super with a generous new company car and personal use benefits.Career progression opportunities in a rapidly growing company.Collaborative, high-performing team with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.Work with cutting-edge technology, including AI and automation, to enhance the quoting and estimating process.How to Apply:If you are an experienced HVAC Estimator or Quotations Manager with a strong background in air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and client relationship management, we want to hear from you
