From proof of concept to product - a leader in imaging processing technologies for products and systems to a global electronic consumer market is undertaking exciting positive changes to their 100+ sites.
This is where you come in with this newly created role reporting to the CFO.
Your role:
Managing, influencing, guiding and revisiting with a holistic approach the entire Oracle R12 suite of operations and technical direction.
Currently on-prem cloud.
You have some outstanding reports for the hands on technical deep dive.
Whilst you'll be providing 'fresh eyes' to deliver critical customisations and development to enhance the National operations though the complete Oracle R12 technologies.
About you:
A technocrat across the changes and challenges within a large scale Oracle R12 suite considering Cloud, AI and 3rd parties, combining the ability to lead and manage a small team of gifted Oracle professionals along side:

End to end understanding on Oracle incorporating ERP, EPM, Cloud, Database.
Experience managing Oracle applications, databases & infrastructure
You get where operating systems like Linux, Unix & Windows fit.
Liaise with 3rd parties, outsourcing and insourcing.
Budgets and management reporting.
Oracle certifications (Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Certified Professional) nice to have.
ITIL, Cobit & governance frameworks.
Articulate in guidance.
Leadership and team value management (team of 4).
Change management & adaptability.
Project & Program management.
A Hybrid role comprising 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
