We provide various business services, learning programs, and events that enable individuals and businesses to thrive, promoting a collaborative, resilient, entrepreneurial culture.
Located at the Nirimba Business Centre (Quakers Hill), we support youth development, local businesses, and the broader community.
ABOUT THE ROLE This newly created role will be pivotal in BREED Australia's growth and community impact.
You will build, manage, and nurture partnerships with a small, passionate, and empathetic team across current business partners, corporate, government, and community sectors.
You will focus on identifying and leveraging opportunities to create mutually beneficial collaborations that support BREED Australia's mission of driving social and economic transformation.
Using your experience, you will be able to manage and grow relationships, assist in securing funding and sponsorships in line with budgets, and work alongside both internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure BREED's Learning for Good programs and services are delivered with maximum impact.
ABOUT YOU Passionate about community development, social impact, and economic transformation.Proactive, self-motivated, empathetic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.A collaborative team player who can work across different departments and stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, public relations, or fundraising, ideally within the not-for-profit, government, or community sector.Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes, including securing funding, sponsorships, or donations.Passionate, empathetic, and a team player.YOUR SKILLSETS Relationship Building - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders across different sectors.Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and reports.Negotiation - Demonstrated ability to negotiate partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefits.Strategic Thinking - A clear understanding of strategic partnership development, with the ability to align external relationships with organisational goals.Operations and Project Management - Excellent organisational and operations/project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.Content Creation – Basic experience in digital marketing content generation, distribution, and blog writing (desirable).Experience with using MS Office, Hubspot CRM (desirable), Canva (desirable).ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Hybrid/Flexible Work OptionsSalary Sacrificing AvailableQuiet and Scenic Western Sydney Location with free parkingPersonal and Professional Development Learning OpportunitiesCoaching and Mentoring providedApply now to become the Partnerships and Business Manager at BREED Australia Inc.
