The core objective of these roles is to develop and implement enduring change management strategies within programs or specific initiatives, while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and proficiency in the application of Allianz's change management methodology. These roles will see you involved in technology and culture related change at a divisional and enterprise level.You'll be responsible forPerforming change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.Leading or contributing to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.Identifying and addressing potential people-related risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.Conducting readiness assessments to prepare employees for the transition to new work practices.Applying the AAL change management approach and methodology throughout the process.About youDemonstrated experience as a generalist Change Manager with experience across multiple projects within insurance or banking/financial services and or consulting experience supporting a complex/large corporate environment is essential.Experience in driving large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.Possesses a keen attention to detail, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately, and swiftly identifying errors or inconsistencies within information.What's an offer:Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.Deals and discounts across a great range of retail, tech, and travel brands, and offers for health and well-being.Initiatives to support your financial wellness through selected discounted Allianz insurance products, superannuation matching, salary sacrificing, novated leasing and our referral bonus scheme.The opportunity to take part in our Employee Share Purchase Program- own a piece of your employer.About AllianzAt Allianz, we care about everything that makes you, you.
