Working in Melbourne, you'll be at the center of culinary excellence and innovation, surrounded by some of the world's most passionate and skilled culinary professionals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef with a minimum of three years experience in an upscale A la carte restaurant, handling over 200 covers in large teams.
