Market leader for 20 years with strong industry partnersAbsolute whole of company focus on supporting mortgage brokers to protect clients without competing prioritiesExperienced leadership teamDynamic, entrepreneurial and caringJob Description As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, train, coach and mentor mortgage brokers to educate their customers on life risks and offer a potential solution.
The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving education and success within the mortgage broker network.
About You High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goalsExcellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker's and customer's needs and provide tailored solutions accordinglyAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsEnergy, drive and tenacity to succeedPassion for protecting Australian home and property buyers from financial hardshipCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportationWhy Join the ALI Group?
