Great opportunity for 2 x Senior Test Analyst to come onto a large program of work.
Senior Test Analyst | Insurance Domain | Multiple Contract roles Based in Brisbane CBD | Hybrid - No Remote $800-950/day | Starting mid Jan 2025 As the Senior Test Analyst, you will be working on a transformation program with multiple other testing resources.
You should be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented person with good interpersonal skills.
You will conduct testing and provide coordination within the team.
Ideally, you will have prior knowledge and experience testing insurance applications, in particular, life insurance.
Exposure to FINEOS Claims management system would be an advantage.
The role is responsible for conducting system testing and assisting business and users to carry out UAT testing.
The role is responsible for the development of test documentation, development of test plans and test cases, setting up and managing information for each test cycle, and undertaking the execution of test phases.
Key Skills, Experience and Attributes:
Proven experience in the planning, design, and execution of test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional testing.
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders including project managers, technical staff, and business partners/customers.
Experience using and understanding manual and automated testing tools and how they contribute to effective testing outcomes.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to develop reports, analyze & interpret outputs and initiate or recommend appropriate action.
Experience raising, tracking, and retesting defects, complying with Defect Management Plans.
Well-developed organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet agreed service standards.
Excellent problem-solving, problem management, and analytical skills.
Ability to learn new things and gain expertise in complex business systems quickly with attention to detail.
