Job Description Developing and executing test plans that assess the functionality and performance of new and existing software applications and services.Working closely with various teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects discovered during testing.Collaborating with developers to resolve issues and ensure software quality.Assisting in the creation of user documentation and training materials.Participating in the review of software design, change specifications, and plan against contractual and/or process requirements.Providing feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.Supporting the continuous improvement of the testing process.The Successful Applicant A successful Test Analyst should have:
