About the opportunity As a Test Analyst you will support the P&C ( Workday ) Program, utilising appropriate testing tools and techniques that adhere to established process standards and industry regulations, to functionally test the integration of Workday HRIS in collaboration with a broad number of stakeholders and vendors.
As a Workday Test Analyst, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Develop systems and test scripts Consult business stakeholders to understand testing requirements Manage the testing environment for all aspects of testing Communicate testing strategy and plans to stakeholders and manage relationships Document and identify test data required to execute test cases Create and manage defects using a defects management system Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct defect triage and escalate issues Assist in post deployment testing when required Create and update knowledge base articles About you We are looking for a Workday Test Analyst experienced in end-to-end test analysis on a Workday HCM implementation or similar Tier 1 HRIS systems.
Experience in end-to-end testing in a HRIS or ERP applications Tertiary qualifications in IT related to project management or equivalent experience ITIL certifications preferred ISTQB accreditation highly regarded Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a variety of complex situations, preferably large projects / programs across different test phases Strong knowledge of defect management principles and processes Demonstrable knowledge of testing practices and methodologies over SDLC Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Importantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.
