(Senior) Quality Analyst / Engineer - QA Automation Testing PartsCheck is an established and well-known provider of specialised automotive industry software.

Our software is used by hundreds of businesses and thousands of users each day to not only form valuable connections but also enhance the way repair shops operate.
This is a hybrid role , where you will work out of our office in Seventeen Mile Rocks (near Darra) with the option for some remote work (initially one day per week).
Define and Champion Quality We are looking for a skilled (Senior) Quality Analyst / Engineer to join our product team.
This is a newly created role responsible for ensuring that our B2B SaaS platform meets the highest standards of functionality, quality, and reliability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Gaining an in-depth understanding of our B2B SaaS platform, documenting all relevant use cases, and setting high standards for documentation that support clarity and consistency.
Partnering closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to develop detailed test cases and ensuring thorough testing for new features and integrations, particularly around APIs and complex B2B workflows.
Participating in sprint planning and review meetings to proactively identify testing needs and support seamless integration between development and QA.
Conducting functional testing and regression testing and validating that they meet quality expectations.
Executing end-to-end API testing, focusing on integration points to confirm compatibility and reliability in data exchange with external systems.
Developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to optimise the testing process and reduce manual testing efforts.
Continuously assessing areas for automation to cover high-risk or frequently used areas, improving test coverage and efficiency.
About You You are our ideal new (Senior) QA Analyst/Engineer if you have:
Proven experience (3+ years for QA, 5+ years for Senior QA) in quality assurance, preferably with a focus on functional and automation testing in B2B SaaS.
Experience in regression, and API testing, with the ability to identify edge cases and critical points of failure in complex B2B systems.
Proficiency in and experience with: Scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
Automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar).
API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Database/SQL Knowledge: Basic SQL skill to validate/test data.
Exceptional documentation skills, including the ability to define and maintain high standards in use cases, test cases, and API documentation.
Although not required, it would be highly regarded if you also had:
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with testing frameworks relevant to the tech stack.
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Experience in setting documentation standards and creating robust knowledge-sharing processes.
